Changelog
User-visible changes for each version.
v0.1.7 — 2026-10-20
- Added links to the support site and Buy Me a Coffee in Settings.
v0.1.6— 2026-10-19
- The interval name on the Apple Watch run screen now sits next to the clock, so long names no longer overlap the time.
- The "Next" line is shorter. Within the same interval it shows only what changes, such as "Next: Right" or "Next: Left, rep 2/3".
- The interval counter (such as "12 / 30") now stays fully visible on smaller Apple Watch models.
v0.1.5 — 2026-10-18
- Added "Left / right" to each interval. When on, the set duration runs once on the left, then once on the right, with the preparation time also added between sides.
- Added "Repetitions" (1 to 99) to each interval. The interval runs that many times before moving on. With left / right on, left then right counts as one.
- The Apple Watch run screen now shows the current side (left / right) and the repetition, such as "Rep 2/3". The next-interval line includes the side as well.
- Interval counts and total time in the preset list now reflect sides and repetitions.
v0.1.4 — 2026-09-15
- The stop button on the Apple Watch run screen now asks for confirmation, so a stray tap no longer ends your session.
- Pause and stop have swapped places on Apple Watch: pause is now on the right, stop on the left.
- Added "Swap button positions" in Settings. Turn it on to mirror the Apple Watch buttons (for left-handed wearers).
v0.1.3 — 2026-09-01
- Fixed Watch completions taking minutes to reach the iPhone. Counts now update in near real time.
- Fixed history restored from an imported file being wiped by a later Watch sync. Imported records and Watch records now merge correctly.
- Fixed the today count on preset rows not resetting after midnight (both iPhone and Apple Watch).
- Re-importing the same file no longer duplicates presets or history — device migrations and reinstalls restore cleanly.
v0.1.2 — 2026-08-30
- Added a completion heatmap and calendar (Pro). The free tier keeps a trailing 7-day strip.
- Tap any day in the history to see the completions and cancellations recorded on that day.
- Presets can now play a light mid-interval haptic every few seconds so you can feel time passing (0–300 s, per preset).
- Export/import now includes the completion history, so a device migration or reinstall keeps your streak.
v0.1.1 — 2026-08-25
- Added a completion log so you can look back at finished runs.
- Presets now have a memo URL field for attaching a reference link.
- Presets can be exported and imported as JSON.
- Renamed "Timer" to "Preset" throughout the app for consistency.
v0.1.0 — Initial release
- Shipped as a screen-free interval timer for Apple Watch.
- Build presets on iPhone (ordered intervals with labels and durations), run them on the Watch.
- Interval start / end / run end told apart by haptic count and length.
- Optional transition rest inserted before every interval.
- Soft three-tick pre-alert at 3, 2, and 1 seconds before each boundary.
