These Terms govern your use of Eyes Off Timer (the "App"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. License

Your use of the App, downloaded via Apple's App Store, is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

2. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the App.

3. In-App Purchases

In-app purchases such as the Pro unlock are billed through Apple's App Store. Refunds are handled per Apple's policies. Please request refunds directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from your use of the App shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

5. Changes

We may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.
